Transformative Education & Skills Development (TESD)

The Challenge

While access to education has expanded, quality and employability remain low. Many youth especially young women lack digital, technical, and entrepreneurial skills to transition into decent work or enterprise creation.

Our Approach

REST-Africa delivers transformative learning that combines education, entrepreneurship, and technology. We promote digital literacy, TVET, and green skills that prepare youth for the future economy.

Key Interventions

  1. Establishing skills hubs and vocational bootcamps for youth and women.
  2. Supporting school retention and transition for vulnerable learners, especially girls.
  3. Embedding entrepreneurship education and digital skilling into community programs.
  4. Partnering with TVET institutions, private sector actors, and digital training providers.
  5. Promoting inclusive education models for persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Get Involved
